The 5 key steps to a great Race Night....
What your guests will need to know about the races
The night will be explained to guests before we begin.
1. Race tease
A race preview will be shown, to give some hints or tips (True and False) about the horses in the race, before each race.
2. Let the betting begin
The bookies will be clearly visible and each person can place as many bets on as many horses as they like.
3. Let the shouting begin
When all bets have been placed, the race will start.
4. Everyone needs a break
There will be a short break in the middle of the races to allow guests to grab a drink, food or engage in some horse chat. (Usually a strategy chat on how to win)
5. Auction one, Auction all
The last race is the auction and is the most exciting part of the night.
Your MC will run your auction race if you prefer.
Groups or individuals get together and agree on an amount of money they will "buy "a horse for.
There will be 8 horses, and 8 horses need to be sold on the night.
We will have a professional, yet fun auction for these horses and finally, betting will return to normal.
The race will be shown and the group or individual who bought the winning horse will collect their winnings. (Normal bets will also be rewarded)
